Our Mission
The Haywood County Schools Foundation is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization dedicated to supporting educational opportunities for Haywood County Consolidated Schools’ students and staff.
About the Foundation
Our commitment is fueled by the generous donations and efforts of our community members. Contributions can be designated to specific scholarships, grants, schools, projects, or programs. With the exception of endowments and savings, all funds received are directly reinvested into our students, schools and employees.
The Foundation operates with minimal expenses, with no salaries or benefits paid to staff from Foundation funds. The Executive Director and Administrative Assistants are compensated by the Haywood County School System, ensuring that donations go directly to where they are needed most.

Our Annual Report is published each fall, outlining various fundraising, initiatives, and scholarship information.
